Student Funraising: Investing in our Learning Center

Each year, our students play an active role in supporting the Learning Center through our annual cherry fundraiser. During the month of May, students, families, and volunteers come together for three to four weeks to raise funds that directly benefit the educational programs and resources that make our Learning Center possible.

On Fridays and Saturdays, many of our students dedicate long days to the fundraiser, beginning early in the morning and often continuing until the evening. Their willingness to serve demonstrates remarkable dedication, perseverance, and a commitment to the success of their school community.

This fundraiser is about much more than selling cherries. It provides students with valuable opportunities to develop responsibility, a strong work ethic, communication skills, teamwork, and an understanding of faithful stewardship. As they interact with customers and work alongside their families and fellow students, they learn that meaningful goals are achieved through diligence, cooperation, and service to others.

By participating in the annual cherry fundraiser, our students take ownership of their educational experience. They are not simply receiving the benefits of the Learning Center—they are actively contributing to its continued growth and success. Their efforts help provide educational materials, learning resources, field trips, classroom improvements, and other opportunities that enrich the educational environment for current and future students.

We are deeply grateful for the generosity of our supporters and the dedication of our students and families. Together, we are building a learning community where hard work, service, and faith come together to create lasting opportunities for every child.
